Shipping And Returns
PROCESSING TIME: Usually 1-4 Business Days: Goal is always 1 business day but at GeekBuds We produce many exclusive and limited edition products and some are shipped from multiple locations. If you order more then one product please note you may receive more then one tracking number as we have products warehoused around the United states.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business day's.
US orders are usually received within 2-10 business days
International orders are usually received within 10-15 business days
NOTE: We do not have any control with the shipping carriers and all shipping time frames are average estimates.
Any customs fees for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product(s) MUST be post marked within the 15 day window or it WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn or undamaged in any way and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or accompanied by the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/video products
- Health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Products with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 20 Business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept any exchanges, you can however return a product as long as you meet the guidelines on our returns policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and to send you a new or exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
